What is the Modular School?

The Modular School is a series of ten weekend courses, progressive in their content, providing essential and life-changing training in healing and discipleship.

It is a program which inspires and encourages personal growth, healing and restoration and is specifically designed for those whose commitments do not allow for attendance at longer and more intensive schools.

It is not just for people who feel called into the healing ministry - it is for anyone who wants to grow personally in their walk with the Lord. It would also be of great benefit to pastoral workers and group leaders as it is all about helping the Body of Christ to understand the needs of hurting and broken people, and helping them walk into deeper discipleship.

The Need for a ‘Modular’ School

Within the Church many struggle with the consequences of emotional pain, fear and failure, anxiety and stress, inadequate parenting, rejection and with damaged and abusive relationships. Many try to cope - often unawares - with the ongoing results of involvement in the occult or other false religions. The effects of physical illness, accident and trauma continue to constrain people’s lives. The controling tyranny of compulsive and addictive behavior grips many people.

What a contrast this is to the ‘whole’ life God wants for His children as revealed in Scripture! However, few Christians feel they are fulfillling their potential in or for Christ Jesus.

Many desire to experience this fullness of life in Christ, and to care, counsel and pray for others, but they feel ill-equipped to do so. Pastors and leaders voice legitimate concerns that only those with suitable training and experience can be released to minister God’s healing love in the local Church.

The Modular School aims to bring both freedom from the hurts of the past as well as to train and equip the students to minister to others.

Modular School - VERO BEACH - Format

The School consists of ten weekend courses designed to encourage and challenge in a gentle and sensitive way.  The courses are progressive in their teaching content and for this reason students are encouraged to undertake them in the order established, culminating in the Healing Workshop which gives practical experience in the healing ministry.

The school modules have been selected to provide teaching, understanding and training in manageable units, as well as inspiring and encouraging personal growth, healing and restoration.  This is vital for equipping God’s people to minister His healing out of a real understanding and personal experience.

Students who have already been through the Modular School have discovered that their own individual walk with the Lord has deepened and their relationship with Jesus has also been enhanced and enlarged. In addition, as their own foundations have become more solid, their individual callings have been confirmed.

Modular School Part B

For those who complete Modular School Part A there is a follow-on School (Modular B) which builds on the understanding gained and consists of 10 further courses. These explore major areas of need among hurting and broken people.

Certification, Tutorials and Assignments

The Modular School has tutors who are available to facilitate discussions during tutorial sessions.  These do not form part of our other training courses - they are a special feature of the Modular School.  Students find these to be a place of love, acceptance and friendship as well as a place where the learning process is enhanced. At the close of the school a certificate of completion will be issued for those who have attended all the modules.

Understanding the roots of rejection and the keys to finding
acceptance.

Inner Healing and Emotional Wholeness
Diagnosing and ministering to the root causes of inner hurts
and emotional pain

Deliverance Ministry 1
Foundational biblical teaching and the practical outworking of
deliverance ministry.

Restoring the Human Spirit
Discovering who we really are and how God alone can meet our
innermost needs.

The Truth about Sex and Sexuality
Principles and practice of sexuality as God intended

Steps to Freedom from Fear
Tackling the root causes of ungodly fear so as to release its hold
over the person. 

Principles for Care, Counselling and Ministry
Practical guidelines for effective prayer ministry for healing.

Healing Workshop
A dynamic workshop exclusively for Modular students giving
opportunity to practice, while supervised, what has been taught in the previous nine modules.

Modular School - VERO BEACH - Teachers

The teaching on the School is given by members of the Ellel Ministries teaching team, who have been approved by the International Director.

The teaching team draw on a rich understanding of God’s word and personal experience of His healing in their own and other people’s lives.
