Job Vacancy for Web Designer (Corporate Support Team)

We have an opening for a Web Designer to work as part of the team which oversees the development and maintenance of the international website of Ellel Ministries at www.ellelministries.org.  We also administer several smaller satellite websites and regular marketing email design. Ellel Ministries operates in some 20 centres around the world with websites currently in nine different languages.

The successful applicant must have excellent knowledge and experience of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver, as well as a good awareness and skills in HTML/CSS. Some knowledge of Flash and experience with PHP at any level would be would be helpful, though not essential as coding is handled by dedicated developers.

This is a design-orientated role to support our current PHP developer and there maybe possibilities for the right candidate to get more involved in development. We are therefore looking for an analytical team player who is patient and can solve problems, ideally with a background in eCommerce or eLearning or similar web design.

 Good interpersonal skills, including written and spoken English, are essential as the team liaise with many nationalities in our different centres around the world.

Allowances are offered based on individual need.  Some roles within Ellel Ministries are offered as living-in positions, offering full board and shared accommodation and a small allowance to cover personal expenses.
