An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Bridge at Pierrepont for a Sous Chef. This person will be responsible for managing the kitchen and providing an efficient and effective food service. Besides the preparation of the Bistro menus, this role includes preparation of new menu plans, staff training as required, active liaison with the Hotel Manager and other departments, stock control and food ordering.
