As Pierrepont expands we require builders who are able to do partitioning work, stud work, plastering and decorating. Applicants need to be able to work to a high standard and be able to carry out any form of building repairs.

Please note that remuneration for this position will be in the form of a needs based allowance rather than a normal salary. Maintenance, Services and Grounds Department
The MSG department is responsible for all aspects of the buildings, services, and 35 acres of grounds. Pierrepont consists of a number of different buildings including the Main House, a 140 years old two star listed building, two listed buildings and several other buildings of various ages. As an indication of our size, we can accommodate well over 100 guests and 80 staff. The MSG Team have all the necessary skills to maintain and repair these buildings and the grounds, and also to develop areas requiring renovation.
