In May we are hosting the fifth nine week Flagship Programmeat Ellel Grange. Every one of these events has been an amazing time of blessing, personal growth and healing and equipping for the huge task we have in our churches today.
 
Here are some of the testimonies of people who did the programme in 2009.
Graham from Australia--"I have been set free from so much. I have been involved in Christian ministry for 40 years and always wondered why we could not help some people and they would fall away. Now I know how to help these people. I would have liked to know this teaching from the outset of starting ministry. I am now looking forward to bearing much fruit."

Ajay from India--"In these precious nine weeks I have grown into the man of God that God wanted me to be. I am sure of who I am, loved by the Father. My creativity has been restored. I have learnt to trust my Father completely, I am encouraged, built up and walking in the gifts of the spirit. I have such a desire to take this teaching to my people in my land  and to translate it into the different languages. I want to see the extension of the Kingdom of God."

Maria from Italy--"I had been involved in Christian ministry, but found many difficulties. I came to the Grange like a little plant in the middle of the desert and I had little life left. Here God has met me so powerfully, I have gone through an incredible time of reconstruction. He has taken out the rubbish. I have found my identity and found my calling again. I am back in the saddle and ready to go. When I came here I slept maybe one hour a night, but now I can sleep all night. Wonderful."

Anne Karin from Sweden-- I am so glad for the wonderful teaching which uncovered so much in my life. I thought when I came here I had it altogether but God has bought the walls down and I am so changed. I have received so much prayer and love.My back was healed too. I know I am going to fly now.

A Nigerian Pastor's Desire
I am Philip O. Oladipo, a Nigerian who gave his life to Jesus Christ in February 1993, after my graduation from the Higher Institution as an Electrical/Electronics Engineer. Since that time, I have had opportunities to serve in various capacities in different churches. I lead a number of groups in the church, such as intercessory prayer, house group, believer's class and an evangelism team. We are a vibrant assembly of God's people.
 
In 2001, I became Regional Pastor overseeing about 17 churches with over 20 ministers under my supervision. While in China just on a mission trip, I realized that I was not yet fully equipped to embark on this assignment. I see it as a necessity for me to attend the 9 weeks Flagship training by Ellel Ministries. I need to be fully equipped and prepared for the work that God has committed into my hands.

I therefore request financial scholarship support from God's people through Ellel Ministries to allow me to attend the forth coming 2010 Flagship School at Ellel Grange starting 1stMay.

Presently Africa and Nigeria in particular are experiencing a great revival, but the workers are few and ill equipped to bring healing to the nations.

My wife Nancy, who did the 2008 Flagship programme and l have been pastoring a church in one of the slums in Kenya for the last 11 years.The slum community is characterised by:

    1. Prostitution

    2. Drug abuse and alcoholism

    3. Broken homes and single parenting

    4. HIV victims

    5. Crime

God has been faithful, God's Grace has brought them to salvation. The major problem we have is how do these people work out  their salvation. They need healing and deliverance and I need to be equipped in these areas, which I believe the Flagship will do as it did for my wife.

Kathy is working with deaf people  in a Muslim nation and helped to plant a deaf fellowship, which is grown rapidly. There are plans to take some of the people and plant a fellowship in another place.                         

Kathy says  "I feel ministry to the deaf is a very important ministry." They are a population who tend to be oppressed, without hope, poor, and carrying around a lot of baggage from relationships, family and the culture.

On the last Summer Camp we had 79  campers from 3  countries gather for camp at the Lake.  We also had 16 new  believers as  a result of the camp.
 Daniela Stefanescu from Romania living in Northern Italy.
 
In the north of the country the evangelical presence is small. The churches are very small and they have no financial resources. The people are poor and their needs are very great. There is no one to help. There are also Romanian people here with huge bondages. Daniela desires to be trained so that she may bring training into the churches.
Flagship Sponsorship
We sponsor some pastors and leaders who have very little income and congregations who cannot support them. We also give some sponsorship to missionaries and leaders who are dependent on supporters for their needs. Her are some details of some of the people who need sponsoring in 2010.
 
Please consider sponsoring a trainee. Every pound donated goes to  training people who will go back to their nations seeking to bring healing and training into their churches.
 
The cost of fully sponsoring a student is £2500 to £3000 exclusive of travel costs.

  • or give a regular smaller amount to the general sponsorship fund
