Newsletter December 2009
The kindness and love of God our Saviour, appeared. Titus 3:4 Dear Friend, The year is drawing to its close and we look back in absolute amazement to see how much the Lord has accomplished over these past 12 months. There was a time at the beginning of the year when we wondered about the way forward. You may remember the cut backs we had to make, both in relation to our team size and the courses we ran. However, the appeal for prayer and financial support helped us to get through the difficulties we then faced and continue to face. We want to begin by saying, 'thank you' to all who stood with us and to the Lord, whose kindness and love has carried us through. The spaces in the diary were filled with extra Operation Blairmore Retreats, which has allowed us to minister to pastors and leaders from around the world. The testimonies speak of lives healed, restored and re-envisioned and their ministries' transformed. We have even received thanksgiving back from some of these leaders' congregations, speaking of transformation in their pastors and their ministry. This is such a joy - so worthwhile - such a blessing. God working in these leaders means so much more than helping the individual; it brings hope and healing for the congregations also. One Operation Blairmore testimony reads 'I came to Blairmore House seeking God's direction and purpose in my life. By the end of the retreat I felt back on track with a vision and a purpose. I go back changed, something new has begun.' The Lord has continued to be so faithful and kept the oil flowing. As we have poured out, He has poured in and we have kept on going and He has provided in many wonderful ways. Praise Him. Modular School Our Modular A & B students have completed their courses and graduated with all the students giving testimonies to the incredible work that the Lord has been doing in their lives. We have come to love all these precious people and are delighted to see them growing in their walk with the Lord. We look forward to beginning another Modular School next year.
New School for 2010 Leading from the Front, 3-17 November 2010 The diary for next year is now complete and the dates are listed at the end of this news letter. We have some exciting events happening next year, in particular 'Leading from the Front' with Peter Horrobin & Alistair Petrie. It will be a specialist training programme geared for equipping effective Christian leaders, in both the Church and the marketplace. Full details are available on the website or e-mail us for a brochure. This is ideal for busy people who are determined that their lives should really count for the kingdom of God.
Also Coming Up... True Womanhood 28th May - 1st June, led by Denise Cross. A 5 day event purely for women exploring the beauty and depth of what it is to be a women of God. Bridge from the Head to the Heart 7 - 14 August A Creativity week led by Fiona Horrobin A gentle but life changing week, with a mix of inspirational teaching and a wide variety of creativity workshops, to bring healing to those who know the love of God in their heads but long for it to reach the depths of their heart. It would be great to see you next year maybe on one of these events. Please recommend our courses to others, to help them move forward in their walk with the Lord.

Testimony from a local Taxi Driver. A lady was nervously on her way to Blairmore for a recent Healing Retreat and her Taxi driver said to her, 'Don't worry, I know you will have a good time, everyone I pick up from here says it was great!' What a testimony from a local observer. The whole team at Blairmore, send you their love at this special time of the year as we celebrate God's gift of Jesus Our Saviour. And as we turn the page of another decade in the history of the world, we'll praise him for all that is past and trust him for all that is to come. *May God bless you all.*
