Dear {!firstname}

'Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead ...' 1 Peter 1:3

We really give thanks for all that the Lord has been doing at Ellel Grange since I last wrote to you. People's lives have been touched and transformed by the living God and we are humbled and grateful as ever.

'Thank you for restoring hope in my marriage and God.'

'I really came to appreciate that God is MY FATHER after ministry this weekend.'

'Thank you for the care and love and skills in moving me and others along on our journey'

Ginny, Mocha (our English pointer) and I are settling into life at the Grange and are enjoying getting to know all of you who are able to help and support the work of the Grange in so many different ways. We are really grateful for all your support, without which the Grange could not function.

Welcoming new staff to the Grange

At the beginning of August, we are delighted to welcome two new additions to the team: Paul and Anne Lawrence who are taking on the roles of Centre Manager (Paul) and Centre Administrator (Anne). Paul and Anne have spent time in Africa, various parts of England, China and Ireland. They lived in Preston a few years ago and the Lord has brought them back to the area via Ellel Pierrepont where they studied 3 terms of NETS before moving to the Grange.
The Modular School

Modulars A and B started again last month with people signing up right to the last minute.

Some of the testimonies from modular courses so far:

'God has done so much.  I thank Him so much, words fail me.  Set free (again)!'

'Overall it appears that I have gone up a level (in terms of a specific healing issue) each time I have come.  Praise the Lord and the team.  Other people have noticed this change in me.'

'Worship and teaching excellent, which lead into the prayer healing time in a gentle and sensitive manner.'

'Feel set free from the past and made whole.'

Modular C was launched at the end of July and is fully booked. This is a new course and we trust will be of great benefit to graduates of Modular A and B who want more practical ministry experience as they have the opportunity to come alongside our experienced ministry team.

Young People's Team

We are currently saying goodbye to some of our Young People's Team who have served alongside us faithfully for the past year and are welcoming new YPT members who are just starting to get to know the ropes. We are so grateful for the service and contribution of our Young People from all over the world.

We would like to remind you that we will be hosting this conference specifically intended as a 'fast track' for Pastors and Leaders who are not familiar with Ellel Ministries' teaching.  The main speakers will be Peter and Fiona Horrobin, also Stuart McAlpine (before speaking at 'Our Living Hope' conference 1-3 Oct at Ellel Pierrepont).

I would ask you to ensure that your pastor and church leaders and elders know about this amazing opportunity to be introduced to some of the keys of healing and deliverance which Ellel Ministries has discovered through almost 25 years of journeying and experience and also to hear teaching from Stuart McAlpine of whom Peter Horrobin says '...a speaker who not only expounds the word of God with Holy Spirit anointed wisdom and integrity, but who does it in such a way that leaves you hungering for more of the Word of God.'

We have some other ground breaking courses coming up. Please see at the bottom of this letter. We would also like to find a way of capturing offers of practical support to our work here. See below also if you are interested.

Thank you again for all your support and hope to see you again soon at the Grange.

May God bless you.

Healing & Intercession: New course by Fiona Horrobin 17 - 19 September

It is with excitement that we launch this new course on Healing and Intercessionthis weekend. Fiona Horrobin will teach this course over the weekend. She will include some of the issues covered in her book, 'Intercession and Healing' (Sovereign World, 2008) and will also draw on her extensive experience in ministry.

This exciting new course is all about seeing God break through in situations that seem impossible to man. Illustrated with examples from over 20 years experience of prayer ministry the teaching will help you understand and apply key principles relating to effective prayer and spiritual warfare for others.

Helping the Grange

You may be thinking that you would like to support the work of Ellel Grange in some way other than directly through prayer and financial giving. You may want to get more involved in some way but are not sure how.

We on the other hand may be thinking that we could do with some voluntary help in a particular area but do not know that you are skilled in that area and willing to help.

The purpose of this section is to collect some information on what skills/talent/knowledge/resources that you have that you are willing to offer. This would then give us a resource to contact if a need should come up. At this point we are not thinking of longer term residential help but rather occassional local contributions or work on a specific short-term project.

If you'd like to let us know the skills you have available, please contact us using the contact details below. We on our side will collect the information and be able to contact people appropriately as and when a need may arise.
If you'd like more information about this, please also contact us at:
E-mail : anne.lawrence@grange.ellel.org.uk
or write to: Marketing Manager, Ellel Grange, Bay Horse, Lancaster, LA2 0HN  stating your name, address, contact telephone number, skills and availability.
