Dear Friend

 
I am writing to you at the end of another busy and blessed month. Our God is awesome and faithful and we are continually grateful and inspired by all He does in the lives of our guests and in maintaining this place.
 
'Heart to Heart' Fast-Track Leaders Conference - NEW Course
We held our first Fast Track Leaders Conference this year in September. The objective of the course was to introduce pastors and church leaders to the Ellel teaching, keys and resources to aid them in supporting their congregations.
We had delegates from Singapore, USA, the Middle East, Indonesia (living in London) and the UK. The delegates were soaked in teaching from key speakers such as Peter and Fiona Horrobin, Margaret Sylvester and Martin Knapp, as well as benefitting from the inspirational teaching of Stuart McAlpine. They were also given valuable free time to receive prayer ministry for themselves and to reflect on the teaching. Great friendships were formed and at the end addresses and contact details were exchanged and invitations given out for visits to each other. I'm sure that these friendships will have benefits in the future which we don't yet know about.
 
Young People's Team
We are ever grateful to the volunteers on our Young People's Team (YPT) who give a year to serve the Lord with us. Over the past months we have said goodbye to Bernard (Kenya), Seung Min Jim (S Korea), Den (Hong Kong) and Andres (Ecuador) and have welcomed: Josh (England), Young Bin (S Korea), Patrick (Kenya), Cristian (Ecuador), Kimus (Hong Kong), Alona (Ukraine) and Piano (Thailand). We are awaiting one more YPT this month.
