Based at Ellel Scotland, we run longer retreats for those who are in a key leadership position in a church, business or organisation. These special retreats were established for leaders who are struggling on the ‘front-line’ of the battle and are at a place of exhaustion, disheartened or have simply lost focus and vision.

Under the name Operation Blairmore we have developed a specially designed retreat to give opportunity for complete rest, support, care and personal ministry for those in key positions or leadership within a church, organisation or business.

Operation Blairmore retreats are designed to be an opportunity for restoration and healing for Christian leaders whose personal needs have become a hindrance to fulfilling their calling, or who are exhausted in the battle and desperately in need of rest and recuperation. As such, the time is given to God to work deeply in the lives of those who attend; they are not merely a holiday away from every-day life.

Set in the comfort and beauty of Blairmore House, Operation Blairmore is not built around a structure of formal meetings. It is led by experienced Ellel leaders and the retreats simply offer you the space, time and care you need to find restoration for your whole being: body, soul and spirit. Whether you are in need of personal restoration or are seeking the Lord for direction and renewed vision for your life, Operation Blairmore offers you the secure and loving environment you need.

As with all Ellel Ministries personal ministry retreats, Operation Blairmore is provided free of charge to the attendee. However, it costs a substantial amount to provide these facilities and we are grateful to our ever-growing base of regular supporters for this work.
