Ministry in the Marketplace - Introduction

The Church was conceived in the Upper Room but birthed in the Marketplace! Marketplace ministries are those activities of the Body of Christ which take the Gospel of evangelism, healing and deliverance into the world’s structures, organisations and systems. Marketplace ministries are becoming a major new theme of the 21st Century Church.

The principal teacher on this very special one-week course at Ellel Scotland is Alistair Petrie. Alistair has extensive first-hand experience of what is happening in this dynamic extension of Kingdom ministry into the world of business, commerce, health-care and politics.

Ministry in the Marketplace - Teaching Format

The course programme will incorporate both teaching sessions and workshops in which the subject matter will be explored in a group setting.

A half-day in the middle of the week will be left free for recreation, with an opportunity to explore some of the beauties of the Scottish Highlands.
