The 9 Week Flagship Programme is Ellel Ministries' Flagship training programme covering all of the core elements of the healing and deliverance ministries. It will change your life and prepare and equip you to be a vessel of God's healing grace into a needy world.

The training and biblical teaching you will receive on the 9 weeks encompasses the fruit and experience of over 20 years in pioneering discipleship, healing and deliverance ministries. This programme offers the opportunity to:

9 Week Flagship Programme - Format

This 9 week Flagship Programme includes about 125 training sessions and about 60 sessions related to the practical outworking of the training.

This practical outworking includes a number of ministry sessions interspersed throughout the training modules giving delegates the opportunity to respond to the training, small groups and open forum discussions. There are also sessions in which delegates receive personal ministry in a healing workshop. Then there is the opportunity to come alongside members of our ministry team to minister on two, 3 day Healing Retreats which are held at Ellel Grange and Glyndley Manor in Sussex.

Delegates invariably testify that the experience gained through the practical outworking sessions reinforces the truth and reality of all that they have heard during the teaching sessions. Delegates leave the programme encouraged and excited about putting the principles they have learnt into practice as they seek to be used by God to help and pray for others.

Recreation

The environment at our Ellel centres provide a wonderful setting for fellowship with other delegates. Optional outings, walks, film nights and recreational activities will be arranged as part of the programme to help you to unwind and relax and to fully enjoy the experience of attending the 9 Week Programme.

9 Week Flagship Programme - Content

The teaching content of the 9 week programme is designed to give delegates a biblical understanding of the many aspects relating to healing, deliverance and discipleship to equip them to help others to apply key healing principles into their lives.

The integrated teaching  of the 9 Week Flagship Programme is structured around the following main themes:

Understanding the Spiritual Realms

A clear understanding of basic Christian theology and the nature of the spiritual battle experienced in this life are essential foundations for effective healing ministry. Topics covered include:

• Understanding law, grace and covenant
• Understanding the power and purposes of the cross
• The power and authority of Jesus
• Satan's strategies and tactics
• The healing and deliverance ministry of Jesus

Understanding the Nature and Needs of Man

Understanding how we are designed and meant to function and the reasons why we might malfunction enables us to minister to others more effectively. Topics covered include:

• The nature of man - body, soul and spirit
• The ways in which we are damaged in the different parts of our being
• Carnality and woundedness
• Human relationships and the need for acceptance
• Understanding Godly and ungodly soul-ties
• Sex and sexuality
• Generational iniquity
• Demonic footholds in the life of man
• Beliefs, mindsets and behaviour patterns

Processes of Healing

Training, illustrated with practical examples, explains the various ways in which God may bring healing into our lives and those we seek to help. Topics covered include:

• Healing through deliverance
• Inner healing and emotional wholeness
• Dealing with and releasing emotional pain
• Healing for the human spirit
• Healing for victims of accident and trauma
• Healing the broken-hearted
• Freedom from fear and anxiety
• Freedom from addictions
• Freedom from occult and false religions
• Healing through creativity

Praying for and Ministering to Others

The training explaining how to be open to the leading of the Holy Spirit and the skills we need to develop as we make ourselves available to be used by God to help others. Topics covered include:

• Moving under the anointing of the Holy Spirit
• Counselling skills to develop
• How to confront in love
• Discernment and deception
• Ministering to the abused
• Intercession, worship and healing

The Challenge to fulfil the Great Commission

Jesus calls us to preach the gospel, heal the sick, set the captives free and make disciples. Training under this theme encourages delegates to step out to fulfil this challenge using all that they have learnt. Training encompasses:

• Cleansing of buildings and property
• Sharing Kingdom truths in your church
• Healing for indigenous people groups
• Israel and the Church in the end times
• Healing and destiny
• The challenge to fruitfulness

9 Week Flagship Programme - Teachers

PETER & FIONA HORROBIN

International Director of Ellel Ministries

Peter’s biblical teaching has a strong prophetic edge. His book ‘Healing Through Deliverance’ establishes the scriptural basis and practical insights for the healing and deliverance ministry.  His personal walk with God and his enthusiasm for God’s Kingdom to be established is infectious.

Fiona is a founder member of Ellel Ministries, and has many years experience of the healing and deliverance ministry. She brings a special contribution to the programme on how to minister to broken people who have been damaged through abuse and personal traumatic experiences.

MARTIN & GINNY KNAPP

Martin and Ginny have been involved with Ellel Ministries since 1990.  Martin retired in 1999 from a career in the Royal Navy and, following 9 months training at Ellel Pierrepont, they served for 6 years on the Ellel Pierrepont leadership team.  Martin became Centre Director at Ellel Grange in April 2010.  They have a heart for taking the vision of Ellel Ministries’ key verse (Luke 9:11) out ‘to the nations’ and have travelled extensively with the ministry.

 

PAUL & LIZ GRIFFIN

For 20 years Paul and Liz lived as expatriates in South Africa, Bahrain and Japan and were involved in many Christian activities. A growing desire to serve the Lord, led Paul to resign his job and enrol for a three year Bible College course back in England. They became involved with Ellel Ministries in 1991 as part of the Ministry Team. They joined the full time team at Ellel Grange in 1995 and have recently retired from the Leadership Team. They continue to teach and minister to those seeking healing in their lives.

MARGARET & DAVID SYLVESTER

David was an engineer and lecturer before becoming a Baptist pastor and Margaret was a teacher before joining David in the ministry. On retiring they became involved at Ellel Grange and are actively involved in teaching and ministry both at Ellel Grange and abroad.
