Healing from the Inside Out

This day course offers an opportunity to explore the whole area of our emotions. Experiences in the past may have affected the way we handle our emotions today ? perhaps not in a Godly way. We may be living in a state of emotional denial or repression, escaping emotional pain through the use of drugs, alcohol, work or other distractions, but God knows the areas within us that need healing, not repressing.
