Understanding how Christians can be deceived

Can Bible-believing Christians be deceived? Christians need to understand how the subtleties and schemes of the enemy can infiltrate our belief systems and leave us with distorted plumb lines by which we build our Christian lives. We also need to be sure that we are not building a house on the sand instead of the solid rock.

The problem with deception is that you don’t know that you are deceived! We see the bear and the lion but don’t notice the serpent in the wall (Amos 5:19). This Understanding Day will give an opportunity to look at how the schemes of the enemy can deceive believers, robbing them of the abundant life of living in the Spirit and often causing them to live in constant defeat.

Take this opportunity to allow the teaching to release you into a more victorious Christian life in overcoming the enemy through knowledge and understanding of the truth of God’s word.
