In 1970, Peter Horrobin bought a classic Alvis car which had been crashed, vandalised, set on fire and dumped in the river. With hope and enthusiasm he set about restoring it, only to discover a bent chassis. How could it ever be driven again? Peter will tell the amazing story of how God used this car to inspire the vision that led to an extraordinary work of restoring battered lives, regardless of the depth of damage. You will hear testimonies that will give you real hope and there will be an opportunity to see the restored Alvis on its tour of Ellel centres. This promises to be a unique and very special Ellel course!
