Tricky situations occur regularly in the life and work of any leader; leading people always brings challenge and leaders need to deal with whatever issues come their way. Hindsight is a wonderful thing but realizing too late what might have been a better way to proceed can be disheartening.

So, could leaders be better equipped for the difficult situations ahead of these crisis moments? What they need is wisdom from someone who has “been there, done it and got the tee-shirt” in the leadership arena. Jim Graham is such a man. During his 40 years in Church Leadership he has had to face many of the same issues that leaders face today.

On this special 2 day course Jim will share some of his rich wisdom and understanding of how to successfully negotiate both the minor and major challenges of being a leader. The course will look at issues such as conflict resolution, managing change, releasing spiritual gifts, divorce & re-marriage and money issues.
