Teaching Day: Understanding Discernment and Deception

The Bible warns that there will be much deception in the last days but deception only really works when it is hidden among some truth. Followers of Jesus need to become so familiar with the truth of God?s Kingdom, that in these days of sometimes confusing spirituality, we can understand what is of God and what is being promoted by the enemy.

On this course we shall investigate:

• the nature of deception,
• the conflict between the soul and the spirit,
• walking in the gift of discernment,
• the enemy's strategy and tactics,
• the power of agreement,
• some deceptions affecting the church today,
• ways to avoid being deceived and
• finding freedom and healing from the effects of deception.

About Peter Horrobin

Peter Horrobin founded Ellel Ministries through a vision that God gave to him over 30 years ago, to bring healing to those in need and to teach others how to do likewise. In 1986 God directed him to purchase a large manor house in the north-west of England called Ellel Grange. This became the headquarters of what is now a worldwide ministry.
