When I try to start Ellel Interactive it says to insert a CD, why?

Ellel Interactive is protected against software piracy and illegal copying. Therefore, Ellel Interactive will only start if the original disc is in the computers CD drive. When prompted, simply insert the EI disc and click 'OK' for the software to start.

I use Netscape for browsing the internet. Will Ellel Interactive still work if I don't have Internet Explorer?

Internet Explorer is required for the online parts of Ellel Interactive such as the Shop, Coffee Lounge (student forum), and Questions section of the Tutors' Room.

If you just have Netscape (or another browser other than Internet Explorer) installed then all of the Seminars, assignments and navigation will function correctly but you will be unable to access the online content.

To rectify this problem without changing your internet browser we suggest downloading Internet Explorer, installing it on your PC but keeping Netscape as your default or primary internet browser. That way, you will still be able to use your familiar programme but Ellel Interactive will draw on the necessary files from Internet Explorer when required.
