Two weeks of essential and practical training covering the core elements needed to heal God's people one life at a time

When we read through the Gospels, we usually find Jesus engaged in two activities — He is teaching the people and He is healing them. Today among Christians, there is plenty of teaching, but very few experience God’s healing. Often prayer for healing is limited to invitations to come up to the front for prayer, but most of the time nothing changes. The reality is that this approach does not work. Many times we find ourselves in a place where our hearts go out to people, but we don’t know how we might minister to them in a way that brings about healing as seen in the life of Jesus.

According to the Great Commission (Matt 28:18-20; Mark 16:15-18), Jesus delegated the respon-sibility to minister healing and wholeness to every Christian. Like the personal disciples of Jesus two thousand years ago, the Body of Christ needs to be trained and equipped to fulfill its responsibility to minister to those in need of spiritual, emotional, mental and physical healing.

This training school is designed to take healing out of the realm of the passive Christian believer and bring healing into the realm of the diligent disciple. Healing is far too often thought of as something that is done to us rather than an active engagement by the one being ministered to in order to remove the barriers to healing. You will be taught how to effectively deal with these barriers which is important for effective and lasting healing. The training will be issue focused and will provide you with ministry keys to various conditions that we have learned about in 25 years of pioneering ministry experience. There will be a mixture of teaching to establish biblical foundations for the healing ministry, demonstration ministry and practical hands-on experience that is issue focused.

The school has a strong focus on equipping the individual in prayer ministry. While there will be personal minstry through the hands-on group sessions, the emphasis of this school is primarily on training and equipping.
