Prayer Ministry Training School - Part 2 28 May - 2 June 2012

Venue

Hosted at Derbyshire Down - Ellel Ministries' center in Westport, ON located on Wolfe Lake.

Accommodations and full meals are covered with the "Residential" costs including: queen size bed in a share en-suite room with accompanying bathroom. All bedding is supplied.

The center offers amenities for public use: outdoor hot tub, sauna, small workout room, billards room, and picturesque scenery for walking, biking, jogging.   

Schedule

The school begins on Monday at 10am and ends on Saturday at 2pm. Each day begins with breakfast at 8:30 and ends at 9pm with an evening snack.

The days are broken down into 3-4 sessions each with coffee breaks and meal breaks throughout the day.

Group work time is allotted for the students to apply the teaching to a practical ministry scenario.

We also like to encourage having fun with the other students by hosting an organized game night for all to relax and laugh. It's always entertaining!

Prayer Ministry Training School - Part 2

The Prayer Ministry Training School Part 2 is a continuation from the Prayer Ministry Training School Part 1 and completion of Part 1 is a pre-requisite for attendance on Part 2 unless other similar Ellel Courses have been taken, such as the Modular School Part A. Part 2 is designed to further help those who want to learn to pray effectively for Christians in need of healing in spirit, soul and body. 

The teaching will include a brief review of Part 1 teaching at the outset then cover subjects not taught in Part 1. It will also include a longer supervised workshop providing opportunity to further develop prayer ministry skills based on the teaching.

Specific areas covered are freedom from: Ungodly Control, Depression, Anger, Accident & Trauma, Anger, Addictions & Eating Disorders, and Stress, Anxiety & Burnout. The workshop involves ministering in small groups, under the direction of an experienced Ellel Ministries prayer ministry team member. There will be opportunities during this time both to give and receive ministry.
