Refund & Cancellation Policies

COURSES

One Week

1. To book a multi-day course, a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required. 
2. Full payment of a multi-day course is required 2 weeks before the event. 
3. If a person has paid for a course in full and cancels up to two weeks before the event, the course is refundable less the $100.00 deposit.
4. If a person has paid for a course in full and cancels within 2 weeks of the event, 50% of the cost of the course is refundable.
5. If a person has paid for a multi-day course in full and cancels within 48 hours of the event, the course is not refundable.
6. Course fees are non-transferable.

 

Weekend

1. Full payment is required 2 weeks prior to the course
2. If a person has paid for a weekend course in full and cancels within 48 hours of the event, the course is non-refundable
3. Course fees are non-transferable

 

One Day

1. Full payment of a one-day course is required 2 weeks before the event.
2. If a person has paid for a one day course in full and cancels within 48 hours of the event, the course is not refundable.
3. Course fees are non-transferable.

 

Modular

a) Full-Time School

1. The deposit for full-time students is non-refundable and non-transferable
2. Monthly payments are due two weeks prior to the next course and are required regardless of attendance
3. Permission is given for full time students who are unable to attend a module to attend the corresponding module offered within the following fiscal year (this applies for up to two modules missed)
4. Teaching notes are not given without attendance to the course
5. Certificate of completion is presented to full-time students who complete at least 8 of the 10 modules
6. Course fees are non-transferable (with exception to iii.)

 

b) Weekend Course

1. Full payment is required 2 weeks prior to the course
2. If a person has paid for a weekend course in full and cancels within 48 hours of the event, the course is non-refundable
3. Course fees are non-transferable

 

BOOKS & RESOURCES

1. A refund will be given for a book that is returned in new condition within 30 days.
2. A refund will be given for gift merchandise that is returned in new condition within 30 days.
3. CD’s and DVD’s are not refundable but can be exchanged for other merchandise.
