Ellel East Regional Nations

Over the past fifteen years Ellel East has been privileged to participate in the spiritual restoration of the churches of the former USSR by teaching and applying biblical Kingdom principles in an environment of love and acceptance. The mission field that Ellel East works in covers nine time zones, encompasses one quarter of the landmass of the earth and has four hundred and fifty million people.

Operating out of the headquarters near Budapest, Hungary, the teaching is geared towards the specific language groups and cultures of our region, so that the Kingdom of God can be brought into cultural relevance or context for each group being taught. Currently, conferences and training schools are held in many parts of this vast and needy region (including Hungary, Ukraine, Russia, Slovakia and Romania). Additionally, there are video training schools with translation into Russian, Romanian, and Hungarian languages.

We hope that people from the West will want to join us in short and long term missions to meet the needs still existing in the nations formerly devastated by communism. We also invite you to pray for us as we labour in the spiritual rebuilding of these nations and to help sponsor our schools and conferences or even to sponsor individual students.

Students from Eastern European countries cannot afford the full cost of attending one of our longer residential schools. This can amount to $1,000 per student per school to cover all teaching, printed notes, meals and accommodation. Instead, they make a contribution of between $30-$60 per 3 week teaching block, as well as paying their own travel costs. The balance of the cost has to be made up from sacrificial giving by supporters of the work.
