The course is a DVD's teachings presented by Peter Horrobin, Founder and Leader of Ellel Ministries International, and Sharon Bixler, Director of Ellel East (with her husband Otto).

This is a dynamic course sharing radical answers for the spiritual roots of comfort eating, over-indulgence and excess weight (or underweight). If you are tired of the futile dieting cycle, come and explore how God's truth can set you free, by tackling the root causes and not just the symptoms. This course is for those who find their relationship with food is out of control in any way. There will be some time set aside for ministry.
